Mic James migrated to the Pensacola area with his family in 2005 from Massachusetts. Before graduating High School in Milton, Fl. he started his entrepreneurial journey with some lifelong friends. They started a clothing and lifestyle brand in 2010 named "Palafox co". After 8 years of hosting company events, learning the ropes of sales & marketing, all the while being promoted in a local restaurant to become the general manager, he joined forces with Jon Shell and dove head first into Real Estate in 2018. Jon and his non-profit "Upward Intuition" had partnered with "Palafox co '' on many local events, fundraising for the Blake Doyle Skatepark. Jon was Mic's buyer's agent when he purchased his first home in 2017 and it wasn't long after that, that The Shell Group was born. Now with 5 years of experience in the business, Mic is the main buyer's agent for the group and genuinely loves the process of finding the right home for his clients.
